EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Are you not completely happy with your purchase? At Curblue we do everything we can to make you happy. For example, we do our best to find out exactly what it is that you are looking for and come up with a well-fitting alternative.

Returning your webshop order

Via the Curblue webshop you can have a product delivered to your home or pick it up in the showroom, without personal advice from a salesperson. That is why you can return a product without giving a reason within 7 days of delivery when you buy it on www.curblue.com.

You may view an order via the website to see if the product meets your expectations. You then have 7 days to return the product or hand it in at the showroom. You may do the same with the product as when you buy something in the store. You may try out the product, but not actually use it. View the product as you would in the store. Carefully remove the product from the box, so that the packaging remains intact.


Examples:

  • Vacuum cleaner: Take the vacuum cleaner out of the box, look at it from all sides, but do not vacuum the living room with it.​
  • Deep fryer: You can inspect a deep fryer from all sides, but you cannot fry in it if you still want to return it.
  • Kettle: You may turn the appliance on and off, but do not turn it on several times with water in it in your home.

You must return a product complete, in new condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

A product does not (fully) meet the return conditions if:​

  • The product is not complete as delivered in the box​
  • The packaging or product is unnecessarily damaged
  • The product has been used more than was necessary to be able to evaluate it (view or try it).

If you have done more than was necessary to assess the article, Curblue will charge you for a reduction in the value of the product and/or the costs required to resell the product.

Is the device not working properly? This falls under the statutory warranty scheme. We will then help you with repair/replacement.


Return item to showroom​

If you decide to return your product, we would like to receive it back at one of our showrooms. You will receive the purchase amount back into your bank account. Costs that you have incurred for additional services that have been carried out, such as installing equipment, will not be refunded.

What cannot be exchanged or returned?​

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as a service that has been used. Items that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons (if these products are sealed and the seal has been broken) are headphones, straighteners and curling irons, toothbrushes, shavers or epilators whose packaging has been opened.

Exchanging items purchased in the showroom

In our showroom we provide you with personal advice. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the purchased device. We find that annoying and we would like to help you with that. Is your device technically not in order? Then this is covered by the warranty scheme and we are happy to help you with a suitable solution. You can always come and exchange it within 7 days, provided that the product meets the above conditions. We would like to receive the device back in the original packaging
