Do I have a guarantee on my articles?

Of course! We guarantee that when you buy an item from Curblue, it is in good condition and will continue to work as expected with normal use, this is the legal guarantee. As long as you do not use your washing machine for domestic use commercially, normal use will be fine.

If not, we will look for a good solution. Depending on your item, we will arrange a repair or refund of the purchase price.

What is the guarantee certificate of my item?

Your invoice or proof of purchase is also your guarantee certificate. So keep it safe, but we also keep your invoice in your account, with the order. That way you will never lose it again. Handy, right?

How long does the guarantee last?

That depends on the item. The guarantee we offer you is set and based on the expected lifespan of an item. For example, a refrigerator or washing machine should last longer than a coffee maker.
